President

With over a decade of experience in home remodeling, property maintenance, and project management, David Zalewski brings real-world skill, professionalism, and heart to every job. Before founding Tide & Timber Property Solutions, David worked as a general contractor and remodeling specialist, completing dozens of renovations and fix-and-flip projects across Pennsylvania and Kentucky.

Today, he leads Tide & Timber with a simple mission: deliver honest, high-quality handyman services to homeowners and property managers in Ocala and throughout Marion County. As a family man, business owner, and former contractor, David understands the importance of dependable service, clear communication, and doing things right the first time.

Whether he’s repairing drywall, installing new flooring, or solving last-minute maintenance issues for rental properties, David brings a hands-on approach and a genuine care for your home.
